Does a QLEW member have an excellent link exchange program? Did a QLEW member break a rule listed in the code of ethics? This form will allow you to add either positive, neutral or negative feedback to a QLEW member profile. All comments are reviewed prior to being posted. Fields marked with a red * are mandatory and must be filled out. Are you filing a negative report (leaving a negative comment)? If you are leaving a negative comment fields marked with a black (*) in parentheses must also be filled out in addition to fields marked with a red *. Please leave positive comments only after having a minimum of 1 month positive experience with the company/website linking back to you. Advertising for sites that you own/promoting sites for monetary gain is STRICTLY prohibited and will not be tolerated.
